Booking Terms & Conditions.

Customers should remove all personal belongings, money and other significant items from their vehicle prior to any type of valet .

I will go around your vehicle and note any marks or scratches before the valet .
Clean Cars will not accept liability for any loss or damage to personal belongings left in a vehicle whilst it is being valeted .
My valeting times are an estimate only.

Each vehicle is different and may require more or less time to fulfil the valet type .
Whilst every effort will be made to keep regular bookings to the same day and time each week, sometimes it may be necessary to make changes but I will endeavour to communicate the changes prior to arrival
I reserve the right to alter or move a booking in line with weather conditions and /or machinery or equipment failure.
All vehicles are cleaned and valeted at the customers own risk .

All chemicals used come under the UK saftey guidlines .
Clean Cars reserves the right to refuse or deny any booking or continue with their service if they deem the customer to be unreasonable
Clean Cars reserves the right to refuse or deny customer demands above and beyond the booked valet
Clean Cars will not tolerate any verbal or physical abuse towards any of its staff under any circumstances and will take the relevant actions should any such behaviours be encountered .

Pricing Terms & Conditions .

My prices include call out charges and fuel costs in Hull . 
Clean Cars reserve the right to charge for any extra work for any work that is not within the boundaries of the booking .
Clean Cars has the right to refuse any work after the main booking .
I do not accept business cheques .
Cash or personal cheque  are accepted , details will be given and taken at booking . 

Any price I quote over the telephone is an estimate only and should be used as a guide and not a guarantee
Clean Cars reserves the right to charge each vehicle according to its condition, the type of vehicle and the customer location.
Clean Cars reserves the right to amend any price during the valet should it differ from the original estimate .
Clean Cars has public liability insurance
 

 

Cancelation policy .

I require 24 hours notice to cancel any booking /valet type
Failure to provide 24 hours notice will result in a minimum charge of £10.00  .
Photographs may be taken before and after the valet for our Facebook page and for our own records ( registration will not be shown on Facebook or our website )  .
